Please include the Coach Trackers sport edition and a brief description of the problem. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information.
Invitations and access codes
Coach-athlete connections are created through an explicit invitation. If a code has expired or was already used, ask the coach to create a new invitation.
Assessment information
Coach and athlete assessments are completed independently. Side-by-side results become available after both assessments are submitted.
Account and privacy
Account information can be updated in Settings. For details about information handled by Coach Trackers, read the Privacy Policy. To permanently remove an account, follow the Account Deletion instructions.
