Coach Trackers provides tools for coaches and athletes to assess skills, compare perspectives, set development priorities, create action plans, and review progress.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to create and operate an account, such as a name, email address, account role, and authentication information. Coaches may also enter athlete names, team or group information, and optional profile information.
Coach Trackers stores content entered through the service, including skill ratings, assessments, notes, priorities, action plans, customized skill frameworks, invitations, coach-athlete connections, and assessment history.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure Coach Trackers, connect coaches and athletes when they explicitly accept an invitation, preserve progress records, respond to support requests, and maintain the service.
How information is shared
Assessment and development information is shared only within an authorized coach-athlete connection. Coach Trackers does not infer relationships between users. We do not sell personal information or use coaching data for advertising.
Service providers may process limited information on our behalf when necessary to operate secure hosting, authentication, email delivery, and related infrastructure. They may use it only to provide those services.
Children and younger athletes
Coach Trackers may be used by younger athletes under the supervision of a parent, guardian, coach, or organization, as applicable. Coaches and adults should provide only the information needed for coaching and development. A parent or guardian may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of a younger athlete’s information.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as needed to provide the service. Users may permanently delete their account from within the app. See the Account Deletion page for instructions. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account and coaching information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
Users may review or update account information in the app and may revoke coach-athlete connections when that option is available. Questions about access, correction, privacy, or deletion may be sent to contact@b2btrainers.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Coach Trackers changes. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
