Delete a Coach Trackers Account

Permanently deleting an account removes access to Coach Trackers and begins deletion of the account’s associated personal and coaching data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Coach Trackers and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account, then Delete Account.
4. Review the notice and confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

Deletion includes the user profile, login information, assessments, notes, priorities, action plans, customized skill information, invitations, and coach-athlete connections associated with the account, subject to the limits below.

Shared coaching records

Some records involve both a coach and an athlete. Deleting an account removes the deleted user’s access and personal profile information. Limited shared records may be retained or de-identified when needed to preserve another user’s legitimate coaching history.

Limited retention

Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.
